We've had a fab time at Neptuno Suites .We would not rate it 2 star - it is easily 3 star .The apartment was lovely and spacious .The pool area was clean and tidy .The apartments were close to the beach shops and restaurants .We had a lovely relaxing break and would come back again ad recommend to family and friends

Lovely small well located hotel

Lets go Neptuno
Posted 6 Feb 2023 on HotelsThe weather was unkind during our stay but the apartment was excellent. We had a slight problem with one of the wardrobe doors but the handyman came and sorted it instantly. Very clean and great location, no noise could sleep very well.
Would definitely recommend it

No frills hotel
Posted 23 Sep 2022 on HotelsAdults only, nice, quiet, small hotel. No problem at all getting a sun bed around the pool. Location very good. Very friendly staff.
All pictures advertising this hotel show a bar. The bar is no longer in use. There is nowhere to get a drink, alcoholic or otherwise, or food if you want to stay around the pool for the day. You would have to venture out to a local shop.
When we first arrived we thought that the hotel looked a little tired. The carpet tiles in the corridors could do with being replaced and some of the walls need a coat of paint. The Reception area however, is very clean and tidy.
It was also strange that Reception closes at 8.00pm leaving no staff in the hotel at all. Guests are expected to lock the main hotel door when they leave or return, which as we experienced they don't, leaving it unlocked for anyone to walk in.
The rooms are self catering but there is nothing supplied to wash up any cups, plates, dishes etc. Small tea towels are supplied.
The pool and surrounding area is kept very clean and tidy.

Lovely apartment and really friendly staff with a smile. Really handy location with everything on your doorstep. Whether it’s the lovely sandy beaches, blue sea, food, bars, pubs, restaurants, activities and shopping all within walking distance. The property provides privacy from outsiders and really quiet for those just wanting to chill out and relax by the pool. Will definitely be coming back again. Really handy facilities including kettle, toaster, pots and pans, fridge with freezer compartments, cooker, microwave, hair dryer, tv… everything needed for the perfect stay. We shall definitely be back.

We have stayed at Neptuno over many years. It is in a great location and we always receive a warm welcome.
