Top end prooerty but not quite live up to our exoectstions. Coukd not get the room ckeaning rebate to soend as saud our 2 night stay did nit qualify. Air con in room which was suoerior but snall did not work correctly even after 2 late night vudits by maintenence Breakfast good and varued but dont exoect Engkish Breakfast because it is not Bar prices fir a beer way to expensive. You cant say its not a nuce chilked vibe of a pkace maybe jyst not for us. They say NO RESERVING Sunbeds but the brigade were out at 07.30 in tge dark shuffling sun beds about and not using tgem till afternoon with nithing done about it. our room block 17 on terrace best fir all day Sun

We were given a room which had an internal door to next room meaning we could hear their child crying during the night. We asked to be moved to normal room before breakfast and it was several hours until we were allocated another room although there were rooms empty all the time we were there. Rooms are nice although toilet with glass door takes a bit to get used to. Long queues at snack bar for lunch while restaurant very quiet with plenty staff. Long queues at bars also. Breakfast is fantastic with plenty choices for everyone. Beware if you have credit left on your room it is only available to use until 12 noon on check out day.

Very good swimming pools especially for children. Each pool towels needs 20€ deposit, so very "expensive" for a family. The sound proofing in the room was terrible (worst I ever experienced) clearly not a 4* hotel... We heard everything from neighbouring rooms... Breakfast was excellent with good choices.

Beautiful pool area ( we were in the relax zone) , with loads of sun beds all well spaced. The pool area, like the rest of the hotel, is immaculate. The breakfast selection is excellent and the staff are all friendly and obliging. We got our room upgraded to a junior suite which was a total wow. All in all, would not hesitate to recommend

On the first day of arrival, bedroom was not clean. Had ants and Spiders running over the bed and draws. When telling reception they was not very empathetic says will change room but will not give upgrade. Seeing as there was insects in bedroom a beds would think they would upgrade us or give something complimentary however did not do this.
