Good hotel, well appointed, great staff efficient, attentive without being overbearing. Room cleanliness excellent, friendly, will happily work to your schedule, not intrusive. Studio /suite, appartment had everything if needed., didnt try cooker, but all hygenic. Bathroom fine, needs a reseal, and mirror silvering a bit spotted. Aircon perfect and adjustable. Tv ok. Balcony clean tidy sturdy furniture. Hotel next to safe sandy beach and well laid out promenade, nice views. Near restaurants, bars, local shops, public tramsport.

I feel sad that I have no choice but to give a terrible rating after my stay at THB Lanzorate beach. The hotel has a lot going for it, but unfortunately for us, the following things let it down massively and effected our stay significantly.
1) the aircon, is horrendous. It’s the worst aircon we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We had it on for our stay, but it didn’t make the room any colder. This unfortunately affected my sleep, as I was too hot at night. We had to leave our barcony door open to try and cool the room. I could tell we weren’t the only people having this problem, as we noticed so many other hotel guests leaving their balcony doors open late at night.
2) the bed is a joke, the beds rolled around as they were on wheels and was so squeaky. Another reason I didn’t get a good nights sleep during our stay, as because whenever I was toss and turn the bed would roll around and make a noise. We requested a double room, we were given two single beds pushed up against eachother. Which is fine, we’ve had this before in other hotels. The issue was the two beds, were not hooked together, so my partner and I basically had a single bed each.
These are the two biggest issues about the hotel. The staff were great, the facilities were great and the location was perfect. But due to the above issues, I had a rubbish nights sleep during our 4 night stay. So I can’t honestly give this hotel a glowing review

The staff were excellent, room was ok. My bed moved as ine leg lower than the other 3, lighting didnt work in the room and it is need of a revamp. Food was terrible. Paid for AI but ate out. Overall not great, but would return on bed and breakfast basis as location was perfect.

The staff front desk staff are amazing. They were responsive to our questions of which we had more than a few. The breakfast that came with the room was ok but nothing that really stood out. The rooms need some work. Our hvac barely worked even after maintenance did what they could. The floors of our room seemed to never really get cleaned. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows leave much to be desired. The bathroom door had pretty bad water damage that made it very hard to open and close it. We had a HUGE cockroach that made its way into our room but that’s something that will happen, they are east to get out. The Irish pub on site was fun and they had pretty good drinks. There’s plenty of
Food places around the hotel to eat and some
Shopping. The pool was great and most of the staff at the hotel were great.
I probably wouldn’t stay here again if visiting the island.

Shabby little room view of brick wall kettle with no cups or anything else very small and dingy opened wardrobe door and could not get to loo till shut if I had paid jet2 prices for that room would have wanted refund as twice price with them but good deal from hotels.com
