Really big spacious apartments, pool area is big always managed to get a sun bed when coming back from a walk in the middle of the day. Activities for the children and the hotel cleaners were always busy offering to clean and replenish rooms

Great hotel and staff.
Very clean with nice surrounding areas.
All staff a great help with everything and we had breakfast included which had something for everyone.
Highly recommend.

Very clean and can help with any requests. Maybe if food options weren’t so repetitive and more people at front desk would have helped.

A disappointing stay, the room was unclean upon arrival, with children's toys left on the balcony and a cockroach heading under the fridge. When we raised our concerns, the staff were defensive and unhelpful, only suggesting fumigation which wasn't ideal as we didn't fancy inhaling the chemicals.
The hotel refused any refund, even for the night we decided to leave early. They also misrepresented our checkout status to Expedia. Also, ground floor room has no net curtains so if you need privacy you only have the option of a heavy curtain. Disappointing as the good reviews are what made us decide on our stay there!

Hello,we are very sorry that you where disappointed about your stay in Floresta. We would like to mention that the toys you saw where not on your terrace but in the garden area because some other guests had left them there. Apart from that we offered you a change of apartment immediately after you reported having seen one cockroach and you did not want to change. Leaving early was a decision of yours since you mentioned that you had a change of flight. Since you left after 12 o'clock we had to charge you the last night anyway because of the cancellation policy. We always try to give our guests the best holiday experience and are sorry about any inconvenience. Kind regards
