From the moment we arrived we found exeptional service from the reception staff. As there was little queue we were invited to another desk to check in.
Room was very clean and decorated with taste.
All staff, cleaners, receptionists, waiters, cooks, gardeners, bartenders were very friendly and helpfull.
Dining was very good, variety of food so everybody could find something they liked.
We used dolce vita restaurant for my partners bday and there was no disappointment either, everything tasted as in Italy. We even received bday card from experience manager from the hotel.
Check out process very quick and without any issues.
I can highly recommend this hotel.
