If you’re looking for a simple and safe hotel in the Lansing area, this is a great option. It’s not fancy or modern, but it gets the job done and I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, comfortable and I didn't hear other guests. The public areas are very worn and appear dirty. The breakfast was good but could use more variety from day to day.

Nicely located to MSU campus or downtown Lansing.
Hotel is older and evident in its furnishings. Very clean accommodations considering this factor.

This hotel was straight up NASTY! Stains on the walls and the toilet seat had what appeared to be poop on it. The door to the room looked like someone tried to break it. I will say the desk person was very helpful at getting us our refund. I absolutely would not stay here if you can afford something else

The property/building is a little dated, but that doesn't matter when the staff are so friendly, and the room is so clean! I had a pleasant stay!

stayed 3 nights. in the morning after night 1, our toilet clogged and backed up into the shower. staff helped us and moved our room. this was my 2nd stay, likely will come back.

No one was available at the front desk during normal hours 9 AM to 6 PM. Needed to telephone for someone to come to the front desk, at checkin and whenever we needed help with the accomadations. 2 day stay did not include housekeeping, no signs or notification that special request was required for housekeeping. Room smelled like smoke at checkin, notified the front desk.
