"These are typical French apartments, not particularly spacious, but nice and generally functional. It is a fair walk into town - a good 10 - 15 mins. Our apartment was next to the road which although not busy could mean that there was quite a lot of noise at certain times of the day. However the countryside around is fantastic, loads of amazing walks and a great range of activities to keep families occupied, although they are not cheap. "We booked this very expensive over rated appartement hôtel for our 4 nights stay as a family. They only provided 2 bath sheets even though there was 4 of us, I asked for more and was told it would be 6 euros per towel. I could buy towels for that prices and keep them! The bathroom had a terrible sewage smell that wouldn’t go away. Glad we only went back to sleep. Kids refused to use it and brushed their teeth in the kitchen. That flat should have never been rented out. Will never stay there...

"Well, the condition and cleanliness and service were good. You have to ask for everything like iron and hair drier. Asked for bed sheet because I was too hot with comforter and they couldn’t help me."

"We stayed in an apartment. I loved the property and its relaxed feel and location. Some lovely walks are available close by. The reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay. Excellent self parking and it was easy to get a good night sleep here. "

Pick somewhere else

"Booked for 3 nights. Left after 2 as soon as we could get booked in elsewhere. I understand it’s “budget” but the rooms are more like prison sells. The bathroom was filthy, mould all around the edges, brown splats up the door. Door was falling apart at the bottom. It was 25° when we stayed and the aircon wasn’t working. It was unbearable in the room. We kept trying to catch someone on reception and every time we went down no one was around. If you are booking a family room with bunk bed, be prepared you will need to set this up and put the sheets on. The only thing that I would say was a good point was that the car park was secure. The town has very little in it, so it’s all fast food outlets."

We asked the front desk and they gave us a half roll. - Sheets and towels were provided in a big bag so we had to make all the beds (which I realized later during our trip seems to be a european thing...) "
