"An old complex that looks like it hasn't seen any work done on it since 1980. Awful rooms. Terrible area, nothing to do. I was looking forward toa swim after my week long bike ride from Bordeaux but the poolm was closed, no reason given. Absolutely terrible place to stay, avoid."

"This beautiful Château with its extensive park is surrounded by vineyards with wonderful views In every direction. It is well situated for visits to Carcassone, Le Somali, Minerve, and other gems in the area. Our modern, air-conditioned room (more like a studio apartment) included a well-stocked kitchenette with table and chairs, and there was a private outdoor terrace with table and chairs and two chaises longues. "We had a very pleasant stay. This hotel is surrounded by a huge garden of trees, hedges, and shrubs, quite unique in an urban hotel. While not in the center of Montpellier, it is located near the river with its clean and well tended pedestrian boulevard; a very nice 15 minute walk into town. Very old-world shabby-chic! I recommend this unusual hotel."
