"très bel hôtel, accueil très chaleureux avec de bonnes explications. Petit dejeuner un peu cher mais ce sont des studios donc on peut tout faire sans passer par le bar. Plateau de courtoisie très sympa. Belle salle de bain, bref juste un bémol: il ne faisait pas très chaud. certes il était possible d'allumer un radiateur d'appoint. Environnement interieur très joli. A deux pas des arènes et du centre. Et en qualité/prix, tout à fait correct. Service bagagerie en plus. "

"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."

" I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the hotel in top condition. One of the highlights of my stay was the ample parking available at the hotel. "One minute walk to train station and bus station. And a small supermarket next door. They had a free water cooler so you could fill up water bottles. Had a little kitchette and balcony with chair and tables. By far the best place we stayed during our 2 week holiday in France. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "Clean and functional apartment-hotel with kitchen and balcony. Everything worked well, kitchen had all utensils and pans, the room was quiet, the balcony (and balcony windows) made it feel bright and spacious. Close to city center. Staff were friendly. There is an on-site laundry (although it is a bit expensive: 7 euros for a wash), reception area nothing special if you want to lounge in a hotel lobby, but these very minor drawbacks. Overall very good and convenient, I would stay again. "

Great place to stay in Perpignan

"Fantastic hotel in Perpignan. Room was very spacious and clean. Reception and bar staff very helpful. Room top terrace was an added bonus on a sunny January afternoon. Could not fault the hotel and have stayed in many hotels at 3 times the price which fell short of what the Dali offered."

"Lovely 3 star! Stone throw from Gare St Roch if train arriving from Carcassonne platform!! Or 2 min walk from main staion!! We were well suprised that hotel was attached to a 5 star property (linking corridor)and you could enjoy the facilites of fab cocktail bar) etc Room decent size. Bathrooom nice, Kettle/coffee etc (No fridge) 10 mins walk to Main Place Comedie( Trams from hotel everywhere!) Great place!!"
