Don’t expect too much from this hotel. Property looks old and staffs are not friendly.

Pastikan dapat no booking dari expedia dahulu, kalau bole, kol tanya hotel dulu ada tak tempahan dari kita sebelum sampai, takot mereput macam aku dekat sejam lebihh depan kaunter katanya tempahan aku tak sampai ke email diorang 😂

Room 203 :When we checked in there was no Shower Bath Towels provided and also the aircond was not functioning in which we contacted the Receptionist and they said they would raise a issue to fix. The next day morning I reminded the receptionist and she acknowledged. Breakfast was okay just don't expect fancy meals. By end of the day we returned to the room the air cond was not fixed and no cleaning of the room. Called the receptionist and a staff came to deliver fresh towels and he informed the maintenance do not work today thus air cond was not able to be fixed . He however asked for a change of room in which I believed should have done yesterday instead of today as we are checking out the following day. Quite unhappy with the service but enjoyed the place
