Just okay, could be much better with some efforts
Location and view is amazing, but the rooms and the property in general really needs to be renovated and beautified; it has so much potential due to the location and view, it’s disappointing when you get there and you see the state of the motel and the rooms In addition I don’t think it’s fair to offer an “upgrade” to get the room that I have already paid for instead of a bad one

Great village resort.
Great sea view room, no breakfast..but there are number of eating places nearby if driving.dont expect 5 star service though!

What made this place special was the front office staff: they genuinely cared about my welfare. I was sick, and they brought me food to help me get better. I was glad to be able to extend my stay.

The sea view is nice but i didn't get it although i have booked earlier. The food is cheap. There is no staff and the office still not open yet when check out at 8.30 am.

The rooms floors and toilets are clean but the bed sheets and blankets must be changed because its smelly, rough and itchy..The price is reasonable with its facilities.

Good place but need improvement.
Stayed in standard room for 4D3N in Nov 2017. 1. The terrace room was quite new and spacious for its price. (RM79/night). 2. The free in-room wifi didn't work most of the time. 3. Bath water heater didn't work well. Only slightly lukewarm water at max setting. Water pressure was good. 4. No room cleaning service during the whole 4D3N stay. 5. This place is sea-fronted but no "beach". 6. Swimming pool is small size but clean. 7. This place is quite spacious. Not crammed like places at Cenang Beach. I am able to park my car near my room. Plenty of parking space.

Worst place to stay
I stayed @ the third floor and there's ghost. The room blanket so poor, there's insect inside the room, the tv is like 60's.. The receptionist taking 35 minutes to do check in. I am not going back to penarak.tq

Nice hotel and view.
It feels so hot at nights since the air condition didnt work in my room. But still, it was one of my greatest experience. Worth my money (80/night) for 3 nights.
