This was a good stay, nothing too spectacular, big bed, clean and tidy space. I didnt have much interaction with the staff but the little that I had was very pleasant. Would definitely go again.
The area is a bit isolated however, not in a scary/ worrying way, just in a way that you are fully aware of the isolation so that is something to consider depending on the type of person you are.
It is close to local airport and grab is readily available and affordable on the Island.
In short, definitely worth it!

Cheating, rude and poor customer service
Posted 24 Nov 2019 on HotelsI made a booking on Hotels.com for a room with two double beds and free breakfast which was clearly shown in my hotel reservation. I was told there was no free breakfast and given a room with one double bed. The person at the front desk refused to look at the reservation I had. She was very rude. Customer service is non-existence.
The location is also far away from the beach. Bathroom smelled like sewage. Otherwise, it's a good hotel to stay in.

Its good if can include breakfast, other than that its fine.The room is spacious.

The view is nice
The room is Abit dirty can see dead bed bug on the floor
The door and ceiling is dirty can see slider web can maintain for better cleaning

BAD SERVICE
Posted 10 Sep 2019 on HotelsTHE RECEPTION COUNTER ARE CLOSED SINCE WE CAME FROM SUPPER AROUND 12.15AM AT THE MORNING 5.15AM WE WANT TO CHECK OUT AND TAKE BACK A DEPOSIT BUT STILL THE RECEPTION COUNTER CLOSED AND THERE ARE NO SECURITY GUARD AROUND.WE ARE VERY UPSET.WE ARE RUSHING TO AIRPORT BECAUSE OUR FLIGHT BOARDING AT 7.00PM AND NEED TIME FOR ARRANGE LUGGAGE. THE ROOM IS VERY GOOD ONLY SECURITY N RECEPTION FOR GUEST ARE BAD

Cheap and well located with limited amenities!
Posted 17 Aug 2019 on HotelsThe hotel is very basic! ....limited facilities and amenities! Breakfast was included in our package which was self service of toast, jam, butter! Eggs station and noodles but u have to cook urself!
No water at breakfast or in rooms!
It’s all clean though and well located.
I wouldn’t book again but if ur looking for cheap stop over then it’s ideal.
