EVEN THE STAFF ALSO DON'T HAVE MY INFO REGARDING MY BOOKING. PLZ GUYS,DON'T COME STAY IN HERE,BECAUSE THERE WAS ANOTHE CUSTOMER ALSO FACED THE SAME EXPERIENCE LIKE ME!
