Very pleasant stay and good facilities. We stayed on mid Agust 21. Just over night after holiday in Germany & Nederland back to Dusseldoft fly back to Heathrow.

Check in was a disaster- no information and "Codes" for the keysafe which were wrong 3 times- so the process took 55 minutes....in the snow!

Posted 17 Aug 2018 on HotelsBooked in advance, payed online, arrived at the property in time. It was closed. Knocked the door, one old man appeared, asked him for check-in, he was even surprised I have a booking to their 'hotel', told me that they don't have any free rooms and their computer is not working and broken. Worst experience! :)) Needed to search and book another hotel in the area after one long day... Forgot to say they have nice parking :D
