We were not lucky on the night we stayed. There was a power outage late night in parts of Kenya and hotel’s power generator was on and it made loud noises. We could not sleep well. We understood that it was not hotel’s fault. All the staffs there are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient. We will come back after our safari trip and we hope room will be quiet.

Super pleased with our stay here! The room was clean, cutely decorated with lots of space. Shower was big and had ample hot water (after about 30 secs of running).
Staff was very friendly with extra props for the kitchen crew and chefs. The food was so good at the end of our Nairobi trip we returned to Acacia Tree just to eat.

Excellence and Comfort for a greater good
Posted 18 Sep 2023 on HotelsThis is a very cosy place to stay. Despite being a hotel, you get the feeling of being at home with very intentional and friendly customer service. The staff were extremely warm and proactive in offering help. And the food options from Zeke’s Cafe, right on the property, were excellent! Can’t rave too much about this place that provides excellent customer service, all for a greater good!

A place with a positive atmosphere
Posted 20 Apr 2023 on HotelsAcacia Tree Lodge is a place with a very welcoming atmosphere. The service is excellent. Food is always served quickly and is great. Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. When in Nairobi again, I hope to be back.
