The staff was incredibly. From front desk to food service to housekeeping. The best is Bryan the bar supervisor. What a great happy helpful guy.

Very clean and modern oasis. The attentive and eager to please staff were wonderful. I would definitely definitely recommend staying here if you are used to western amenities.

Great Stay
Posted 29 Jul 2019 on HotelsThe facilities are great and the service is impeccable. The only disappointment was I had been in an isolated area of Vietnam for about 2 weeks and ordered the Australian Beef Tenderloin and it was the toughest piece of meat I have ever eaten. I do not send food back as I previously worked in a kitchen. I would still highly recommend staying at this property. Quang that works in coffee/alcohol bar was great with excellent customer service. He even made me a custom blueberry smoothie with 2 shots of rum (not on the menu).
