Room is super small. Leakage from the bathtub makes the floor very slippery.

Lovely hotel and staff, quiet area which is very accessible to the centre of Vienna, we walked everywhere and loved it.

This is a good hotel and tucked away down a cute avenue, but the location requires transportation to anything you are likely to want to see, and the room, while cute was fairly small compared to other hotels we stayed at in Europe. Staff was good, and the restaurant was also good, but pricey for what was served.

This hotel was great for us. We could walk from the hotel to the Wien Mitte Landstrasse train and subway station to get to and from the airport and to all the sites in Old Wien. The hotel design was unique and we loved the charming alley with shops and restaurants in the middle of the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful and spoke English and there was someone at the desk all time. The room was the usual Austrian super clean, plus it was charming. We stayed here twice and had the first time the room with two single beds and the second time a week later a large king bed in a suite which we were upgraded to because they were short on regular king suites. Our first room was along the alleyway and it was fun to open the window and hear the conversation of people eating outdoors at the restaurant. It was very quiet with the window closed. Our second stay was on the other side of the alley and you couldn't hear a thing! We felt that the price was very reasonable. We walked or took the subway to all the downtown Vienna sites and felt totally safe. There are two grocery stores, a Billa and a Hofer on Landstrasse, both nearly adjacent to the hotel entrance. We didn't eat at their restaurant, but we spent a nice evening and had a great meal at the restaurant in the alley just inside the entrance from Landstrasse and it was great. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Wien.

Nice character hotel. Good location close to restaurants and subway, trams , and buses. Staff was courteous and helpful!!

This hotel is dated and dingy. My very small room was dark and musty. Black mold growing on the ceiling above the shower in the very small bathroom.

Had a fabulous 2 night stay at this quirky hotel in Vienna. We were primarily visiting to see Coldplay at the Ernst Happel stadium and the hotel was in an ideal location.
Lovely rooms with very comfy large beds. Great location with lots of bars and coffee shops close by.
All staff, apart from one who was in the bar area when we returned from the concert, were friendly and helpful. This particular member of staff was reluctant to serve us a drink even though we arrived at the bar before it closed. He eventually agreed to us getting a beer but wouldn’t let us drink it in the bar so we had to sit outside.
Would definitely recommend and return.
