We took a picture of it and showed it to someone at the front desk who apologized and agreed to send us new crib linen. The next morning, we requested two bathrobes and one of them came wet. We asked the housekeeper to exchange it and he said he will bring us a new one, but never came. Briefly, the hotel service needs to be improved. "
