Upon check-in staff was moving in and out of the farm house that we rented as if we were not in there. There is a door between the office and the kitchen of the farmhouse that only locks from the office side. This made us feel very uncomfortable and uneasy. When we went up to the bedrooms, there was mouse droppings on all of the beds. There was also mouse droppings on the counters in the kitchen. After shaking them off the comforters, we went downstairs to relax where my niece stepped on a cockroach. Upon going back upstairs to bed 30 minutes later, a mouse had chewed into a package in my niece’s purse. We felt it was too late to call the number provided for assistance. We checked out early due to the mouse infestation. I called the number provided because there was no one in the office to speak with. I was told that a refund for Friday night would not be give despite the unacceptable mouse infestation. Horrible!! We will not be returning here. Do not stay at this place. You will be staying in a mouse infested place without the consideration of a refund for deplorable conditions. My main regret is that I did not take pictures to post with this review. There are numerous places to stay in the Lancaster area. Please skip this one.

BUGS ON BED!! I booked a room online for two days at this establishment. I checked in at 10:15 p.m. on 11-20-24 and checked out early at 8:15 a.m. on 11-21-24. The heater in the room sounded like a jet engine so I was unable to sleep and I discovered numerous dead bugs on the bed sheets, in addition to weird stains on the pillow cases. The sofa in the room (room 41) was absolutely filthy. Naturally I canceled my second day, and requested a refund, but was refused the refund. STAY AWAY from this dirty and lousy foreign-owned establishment.

Great property but needs a few improvements. Broken old string blinds need to be updated. It's time to get new towels. The ones provided are too old and scratchy with some stains. It's time to replace the old sink faucets. Mattresses and bed sheets are older and need replacing. Soap, shampoo, conditioner are not high quality and are very drying. A better purer brand would be more authentic to Lancaster.

Check in was easy but towels were stained, floor had mud, hair in the bath tub, tv didn’t work so had to plug it in a different outlet, and the remote was a bit clunky with the tape on the back

Couch was dirty but they did clean it when told. The heater/ACunit cover fell off and I called the office but they either didn’t understand or just didn’t care. The language barrier was an issue at times. Overall clean and plenty of linens available. Comfortable bed!
