Dear Kandace,The housekeeping supervisor showed you different rooms at your request prior to checking, and you decided to stay here for one night. Later on, we discovered that you had brought two dogs to the room without our knowledge. The rules given to the guests specifically say one dog per room, and you must inform the FD at check in to be in a pet friendly room. The next day, you wanted to extend your stay and you were told you had to check out.

Didn't like anything at all. Very dirty, smelly, towels were very dirty, dirty, looks and smell very undesirable, filty. No heat , was broken, bed spread was very dirty and ripped with burn holes,.room was very cold do to broken heat .i had to asked for refund and left.

Dear Ricardo,You made reservation for the 23rd of October and showed up the 22nd. As it was a prepaid reservation through Expedia, the credit card belonging to Expedia was declined as it was the wrong date.

I was double charged basically because the lady at the desk was not computer savy so tomorrow I will get refunded when the manager is in
