We have been here a few times because it has an affordable room with a jetted tub other wise we would have made other accommodations because it’s not the most luxurious or clean place but the front desk was nice.

The first thing we noticed was the sign at the entrance was disgusting, broken, and run down. I went inside to check in and that area was the same way. It was very dirty and smelled terrible. I had to leave a $150 deposit that we were never told about. Then I made my way to the room the carpet in the halls and on the stairs (no elevator) were sticky and extremely dirty. The room it self was the same way, dirty, smelly, broken furniture, gum on one of the beds, broken screens in the windows, very cold in the room and the heat would not come on, and a very loud squealing noise was coming from inside the room and outside in the hallway. We went down to the lobby within 5 min to let them know we did not feel safe there and would not be staying with them. We needed to cancel the reservations and they did not care at all! They refused to give us a refund the only thing they wanted to do is get us a different room. The pictures online look NOTHING like the actual rooms. We should not be forced to pay for something that is not represented well.

Poor condition in our room, mold in the bathroom toilet ran every 5-10 minutes very noisy during the night

The property was old and in great need of updating. When you have a sign in the bathroom giving you directions to watch the water level in the toilet and turn off the water if it starts getting high...that is a clue!
