Exposed brick and a wonderfully designed bathroom made my room unique. Others have complained of noise, which puzzles me. I've stayed here twice now and practically had the whole hotel to myself. It was quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping services are far above average, and they check on you every day—a rarity for hotels since COVID. I will stay here again.

Overall I liked the hotel. My only suggestion would be to add a microwave in the rooms. The restaurant was closed during our stay and it would have been nice to be able to warm up food.

Reception staff were fantastic! Housekeeping staff on the other hand need retraining. The bathroom floor did not look as though it had been properly cleaned in a long time. Hair clips and other stuff on the floor from previous guests and behind the toilet was grubby. We also did not have our room serviced while we were there. Not good enough!

Very unique hotel in an excellent location, walkable to downtown and drivable to surrounding sights. Excellent restaurant on site and very good pub across the street for dinner, although lacking for breakfast. Overall room was clean and there were enough towels for our 3 night stay, however, housekeeping should be more attentive as to emptying garbage daily. They did respond quickly to any request we had as did the front desk…would definitely stay there again.

Super cute boutique hotel- rooms were spacious. Only issue is that since it’s an old factory- wooden floors are not quiet~ could hear our neighbors upstairs walking around .

We had a lot of trouble with the keys and had to return to the office ( in another building) every time we got back in the evening . Room was very dark. No maid service the first day. The restaurant was closed for two of the three days we were there. Staff at desk was pleasant and helpful, which was much appreciated.
