Zur Zwischenübernachtung gut, aber nix besonderes. Für 89 Euro gab es schon bessere Hotels. Tür vom Badezimmer schleifte, keine Tücher… Bett war sehr hart. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Godt valg for en billig overnatning

Et rigtig godt valg til den rejsende som skal bruge en god seng - et rent værelse og et fornuftigt morgenmåltid. Der er endda mulighed for aflåst kælderparkering med i prisen. Kæledyr er velkomne. Et sted du får meget for prisen.

Séjour très décevant. Accueil froid et peu professionnel. Au depart: solution proposée a été de faire dormir notre enfant de 2 ans avec nous dans le lit, ce qui est inacceptable. Puis lit de bebe mise a la disposition, cassé (barrières de sécurité manquantes) La chambre manquait d’hygiène et de confort : toile d’araignée près du canapé, pas de climatisation, literie très dure, aucun coussin ou couverture supplémentaire, pas de bouteille d’eau, ni minibar ni coffre-fort. Les fenêtres s’ouvraient entièrement sans sécurité, alors que la présence d’enfants avait été signalée. Petit-déjeuner médiocre : salle trop petite pour le nombre de clients, très peu de choix, pas de bacon, fruits de mauvaise qualité, pas de jus à certains moments (avec insectes près de la cuve), pas d’eau fraîche disponible en continu. Il faisait une chaleur étouffante, sans climatisation. Le personnel en salle faisait de son mieux et mérite d’être salué, contrairement à l’accueil. Au check-out, aucun contact humain : il fallait juste déposer les cartes et partir. Points positifs : la localisation de l’hôtel et le dévouement du personnel du petit-déjeuner. Mais globalement, un séjour très insatisfaisant. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

Preislich top Aber es ist noch etwas Luft nach oben Frühstück OK reicht im Preis inklusive Parken inklusive. Gute Anbindung Zimmer selbst top (aber kein Wasser Kocher oder ähnliches) Bad wurde teils renoviert Dusche und Waschbecken Fliesen neu Wc und Heizkörper nicht sind auch werden auch nicht richtig gereinigt Ablagerungen im WC Hk voller Staub Frühstücksraum angemessen Aber auch da ist Luft nach oben Nicht zu vergleichen mit dem Tast hotel Heidenheim

Bei der Buchung sollte erwähnt werden, das die Rezeption nur bis 17:00uhr offen ist Rezeption steht ab 7:00Uhr offen jedoch ist bis 8:00Uhr keine Rezeption offen Ach das das Hotel nach 17:00Uhr über ein Schlüsseltresor sowie eine Tiefgarage hat die separat bezahlt werden muss. Rechnung die auf Firmenadresse ausgestellt werden sollte wurde nicht gemacht weil die Onlinebuchung über Expedia getätigt wurde. Auch ein Anschreiben an Hotels.com wegen Änderung der Rechnungsadresse blieb bis heute unbeantwortet Auf der Rechnung steht nur mein Vorname!!!!!!!!! Vielleicht sollte in der App von Hotels.com ein Fenster sein wo die Rechnungsadresse angegeben werden kann

Ein gutes und günstiges Hotel, Personal sehr freundlich. Auch mein Hund durfte mit in den Frühstücksraum. Frühstücks Büfett sehr große Auswahl. Als Verbesserung: ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre schön. Den gab es vor der Renovierung noch, er hat mir gefehlt.

Ruhige Übernachtung, freundlicher Service

Eine Übernachtung mit allen Rahmenbedingungen gem. Hotelbeschreibung. Zimmer, Frühstück völlig ok. Dass das Hotel sich im Umbau befindet war nicht klar. Einschränkungen hat es während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht ergeben. Wer im Umkreis von Mannheim/Lampertheim zu tun hat, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
