"A lovely relaxing hotel, primarily set up for couples. Setting and ambiance are spot on, always feels quiet and like you have your own space. The styling of the hotel is quite unique and very contemporary, it helps to create the right atmosphere. I would definitely stay again, we had a shared pool, which worked well, glad I didn’t go for the private pool, as all the pools a quiet enough. Rooms are very well attended and cleaned. The hotel serves one of the best breakfasts I have ever had, great setting, service and choice. Only negatives, the gym is very small and one of the treadmills was broken all week. The same goes for the Hammam, which was being fixed all week. Also, at times the staffing can be minimal and drinks take a while, but generally the staffing is very good."

"This was my second visit to Kos and I chose this hotel hoping for a new experience. I regret that decision and wish I had returned to the other local five star property. While the hotel’s architecture is striking and the design gives an initial impression of luxury, the reality did not match the expectation. Although the rooms are finished to a high standard, there were visible defects throughout the property. Service was inconsistent. Some staff were excellent, but repeated unprofessional interactions overshadowed this. A serious issue arose when I was wrongly accused on multiple occasions of not paying a pool bar tab, despite showing clear proof. The situation was poorly handled by staff and management, leaving me feeling embarrassed and frustrated. The hotel has some redeeming features. The pool area is spacious with direct beach access. The gym is small but useful. The spa staff were polite but the experience lacked the calm and luxury expected, ending abruptly in a public area near guests queueing for towels. Breakfast was similarly underwhelming. Coffee came from a machine and the buffet lacked the quality expected from a five star resort. What began with promise quickly declined due to poor service, mismanagement and a lack of professionalism. These issues significantly impacted my stay. This hotel does not meet five star standards and my experience was far below what I had hoped. I would not return and do not recommend it. One star."

"Special thanks to Afroditi and all the reception team at Mitsis Ramira in Kos. I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favourite out of all the Mitsis Hotels that we have had the pleasure of staying at. The 14 nights we stayed were fantastic the staff are all so happy and friendly and the service is excellent we were made to feel special the whole 2 weeks. Food was superb so much choice in the main restaurant and in the Italian a la carte the food was amazing ate there for dinner and Brunch which doesn’t cost any extra it’s all included. The bar staff day and night work so hard they work long hours but are always smiling and service was excellent never had to wait long to be served. They serve Branded as well as local spirits. Gordon’s G & T and the Prosecco was lovely not forgetting the Cocktails. Evening entertainment was fantastic from Meds Entertainment as always, Jersey Boys,Golden Tones ( Drifters) Supremes all of them was so enjoyable to watch the guests loved them just what you expect from a 5 star hotel it really makes your holiday. You have to get there early to be able to get a table & chairs as they get full quickly. Beach lovely, great beach bar and Ice cream patisserie. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and so are the immaculate gardens. My room maid Marianna what a lovely person she is so hardworking and a delight to have a chat with kept my room very clean. I can’t wait to return again in October to see all my friends again they are like one big family. "

"This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The service was one of the best I’ve experienced worldwide. All the staff made it a top priority to make sure our anniversary was made extra special and provided us with multiple specially curated things to ensure this. The room was very clean and spacious. "The staff were very attentive, helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Self service breakfast had a huge choice however, hot drinks service was a little hit & miss! Us brits like our tea, so how this is served could be improved for example - hot water/tea bags in a teapot for one/or two rather than in a very small cup! Food menu was good but very expensive for what it was, hence we only ate in a couple of times. We enjoyed exploring local restaurants instead. Our room was absolutely wonderful: private pool & a sea view, just spectacular & the most comfortable bed we've slept in within a hotel. The hot drinks comment would not stop us going back to this really wonderful hotel & the exceptional staff. Didn't want to go home!!"
