"The room was great. It had great view, it was clean, it had everything I needed. The staff was helpful, friendly and well informed. The bike/car rental at the entrance of the hote- not part of it- was conveniently located and I rented a bicycle for 5 Euros. The restaurant was great for breakfast. Very delicious food and a great variety of selection. (I did not try the dinner as I thought EU120 was a bit too much-went to Fidelio's at downtown for an excellent meal). "Please stay somewhere else!!!! We stayed as a party of 4 with 3 rooms. Our room didn’t have hot water in the morning and their response was that we needed to wait until 9 or so. Our friend’s rooms, which were not near the office, had no Wi-Fi and it wasn’t addressed. The beds were hard, cheap and you were able to feel the springs. We were all sore in the morning. There was only a sheet covering the cheap mattress, no mattress pad or anything. If you are a couple and would like to snuggle this is...

"Can’t say enough about this hotel. Lovely stay the staff were amazing the two ladies on reception went above and beyond. Rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily. Pool was fab and never an issue to get a sun lounger. Alison and Tony at pool bar again so lovely and helpful food and drink top notch. The bar in hotel gentleman was so helpful with tips and amazing cocktails. Breakfast buffet had loads of options from breads to cereals , salads , hot options.
