This hotel was an absolute disaster. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, particularly the manager, displayed the worst attitude imaginable. Not only was the service rude and unhelpful, but the manager also exhibited discriminatory behavior, which was completely unacceptable.
We were first given the wrong type of room, forcing us to drag our luggage up and down the stairs for no reason. The second time, the room key didn’t work, so we had to go through the same ordeal again. The staff never offered a single apology or any attempt to make it right. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
On top of the terrible service, the room itself was awful. There was a disgusting smell, the cleanliness was subpar, and there was hair on the bed, which is absolutely revolting. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs.

Greatly located right next to an underground station which made it so we only took 1 or 2 Ubers our entire 1 week trip. Amazing!

The kitchen is so useful (kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, dishwasher - basic cookware and crockery is provided). Everything was really clean and I really liked that a cafetiere and ground coffee was provided. Thank you!
