"The room was nice and clean. The full bed was 2 twins pushed together on a large platform that was not level. I needed to sleep with my head at the foot end of the bed. The TV was not working. The clerk said the cable TV was out on the entire block. I had no TV during the entire day and night. The air conditioning did not get cold. I cleaned the filters myself and there was improvement. The wifi was a hot spot and which made the wifi very weak on the upper floors. Even though this is a 3 star...

"Fab property & Marco is a great manager, very personable and a good attention to detail. We enjoyed the privacy of the villa & access to the local beach. The villa is exactly as described and the pool was very welcome. Communication with Marco was very easy & check in / out very smooth. I would highly recommend to other visitors to ko samui"

"Overall much better than expected. The dtaff really went out if their way to jake my stay as comfortable as possible. After some initial technical difficulties everything went smooth. I had a great stay - Thanks Tangmo"
