All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The two pools were lovely. The beach is a few minutes walk away and there are many restaurants and bars very nearby.

Love this hotel. Staff is friendly. Very quiet hotel. Perfect for relaxing. If youre looking for a party hotel, this is not the place. This was perfect for me

Great hotel.

The pools and gardens are well maintained, the rooms are clean and big with good views looking over the pools.
The cleaning and receptionist staff are very friendly and helpful.
I would stay at Am Samui again without hesitation.

Did not like:
No face cloths, only towels
No electric outlets in bathroom
Only one room key per couple
Housekeeping did not change pillow cases
Pool stairs for pool access room needed one more rung for safety and ergonomics
