"The hotel said they are fully booked and did not accommodate me. They refused to return me the money and delegated me to their n’bours where I needed to pay again 150k. Hotels.com did not do anything about it."

"After 4 days riding a motorcycle around Northern Vietnam this hotel was extremely comfortable. Comfortable bed, never ending hot water, the food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I asked for a sauna & massage, I tried telling the girls i wanted the sauna ..."
