This hotel really is the standard of excellence. In every aspect from the servers to the chef to housekeeping to front desk to the spa outstanding!!!

The staff were amazing in particular at breakfast, they would go out of their way to be extra helpful. Ordered almond milk specially for me and on my last day I received a special desert with “bon voyage” written on the plate

Terrible Check-in experience,but great stay!
Posted 23 Mar 2023 on HotelsIf you are not white, your check-in process may be terrible. I had to return to the hotel three times to get my room. I booked the room for 9 days, and they tried to stick me in a lower-floor smoking room.
I had to raise my voice at the guy at the check-in counter to get a room finally. My white co-worker arrived a few days after me, was welcomed with a scarf, and immediately provided the highest floor room. We both had booked the same type of room at the same price.
Apart from the check-in experience, the rest of the stay was great. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, and nice. The staff at the breakfast service was amazing.
The hotel is surrounded by some amazing restaurants.
