"I've been staying here on visits for the past five years and the experience has always been a good one. I had a small suite located at a corner of the building and could see the Himalayas out both windows whenever the weather was clear enough. Bed was comfortable and the large desk was a pleasure to use. Wi-fi was strong and internet connection was fast. "I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Everyone is well trained and educated. I like that the hotel is strategic where I can find restaurant and coffee shop for working. It's also near Patan Durbar Square. One little thing is that, I don't know if it is in the SOP, staff should ask a guest whether they want their room to be cleaned and towel to be changed everyday or every other day.
