The difficulties of electricity etc are compensated for by the excellent efficient and helpful staff
The accommodation and landscaped setting s its eco friendly systems us excellent
Definitely a first choice for a return visit

Great service
Posted 25 Dec 2020 on HotelsGreat service and friendly staff! Arrived very late and they stayed up for me, made dinner available, and turned spa services so I could relax after a very long bus ride.

very friendly staff, amazing views and good location (close -by tuktuk or taxi-) to sites. Highly recommended.

Great Bungallows
Posted 1 Oct 2018 on HotelsHotel comprises approx 20 villas or bungalows, all of which are about 1 year old. The standard of the bungalows is outstanding, and I think makes this hotel deserve a 4 star rating instead of its present 3 star rating. What is disappointing however is the hotel's extremely poor wifi, which can only be reliably accessed from the lobby in the main building.

Gorgeous Views/Minor Issues
Posted 24 Sep 2018 on HotelsThe hotel stay was quite enjoyable, with some minor issues. The rooms are huge and the beds are super comfortable. Views from the restaurant and future pool deck are amazing. It is on the side of Lalibela closest to the airport and about a 5 minute drive to the churches. (I don't recommend walking).
Negatives: The prices for things were fair, but not well marked. Extra $ for the airport shuttle, but then were given 1 free transfer into town. The sauna was also $10 extra to use. The room was quite cool at night with no extra blankets in the room, and the water pressure was poor in my room, but heard it was ok in others. Also I missed the small note on the wall next to the toilet that told me I should unplug my TV overnight as it might spontaneously turn on. (Which it did). For the cost of the hotel room I would have thought these would have been included and wouldn't have experienced these inconveniences.

We have 250 KVA standby generator and we don’t understand when this he happen.
Water is always available 24/7 even if there is a shortage of water in the city and I wonder why you say there is a shortage of water. Our staffs are qualified and professional who has a good reputation.
