Handy stopover

Fantastic Hotel

Pros: Rooms, bed, staff
Cons: Nothing- it was great!
Location: In the French countryside, excellent for sight seeing.
Although it is not on the "beaten path," this is a wonderful hotel that recently renovated an older structure to a modern facility. The dining room is wonderful, overlooking a flower garden to the rear. The staff was gracious and polite, and very helpful.

Convenient stop off

Pros: Concenient, good restaurant.
Cons: Heating failed!
Location: On a busy road, so avoid road-facing rooms.
Very convenient place to stop off. Staff/management friendly and helpful. Breakfast a bit miserly for the price. Don't take a room facing the road (a lot of traffic noise). Away from the road is fine.

Comfortable and helpful
Posted 9 Oct 2012 on HotelsOn arrival you could be put off a little by its position on a very busy road. However, despite being on the side of the hotel facing the traffic, we slept well. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The main part of the hotel was nicely furnished and decorated well. We ate in the hotel's restaurant which was super. We would recommend the resturant as the quality of the food and presentation were excellent. They appear to be extending the hotel at the back which will make it even better.
