Property is in much need of repair. Breakfast options were extremely limited and low in nutrients. Trouble sleeping due to noise everywhere. Why was our phone ringing in the middle of the night? We paid way more than this hotel was worth.

When I entered my room, it smelled like smoke. I was given a new room but noticed that the majority of floors in the building smelled like Pot.
The breakfast described was NOT what was served. Breakfast was basically waffles and sugary cereal.
The hotel looked overdue for remodeling, and we changed hotels for the rest of our 5-day business trip the next morning.

The breakfast was minimal. The staff told me during my check in that there was no public restroom

It was clean and the shower had good pressure. There were metal bars sticking out from the frame of my bed as if the mattress was too small for the frame. I smacked into into one of them when I first arrived wearing pants, so no real damage done, but had I been wearing my shorts, I would have needed medical attention.
It's nice that breakfast is included, but the coffee wasn't drinkable, so I still had to go out for breakfast. I was not pleased with this, considering I included the breakfast in my calculations for choosing a hotel. I had to add $25 to my daily expenses because of this.
