My room was not ready for two hours although check-in was 3 o’clock. The room was only ready at 5 o’clock. I expect compensation

Too many things under repair or closed for maintenance.

This is a great hotel that’s in Lakewood, NJ. The area is congested but the hotel is quiet. Staff is great, clean rooms & close to everything, there’s the congestion! Frequently stay when I am visiting the area.

Everything was great from check-in to checkout. The staff was friendly, our room was clean as can be, the entire property was well maintained… all in a safe and quiet atmosphere. This checks all the boxes for us.
