I had an unfortunate experience at this property. The owners, who also do the cleaning themselves, called me after my stay to inform me that I left a few tissues in the room. I found this unnecessary and unprofessional. It would be more appropriate for them to hire professional cleaners rather than contacting guests about minor issues. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Dear Neil, I too had an unfortunate experience once again. I am the owner, cleaner, gardener and cook of this property and have been in this industry all of my life. I do not tolerate people that do not respect my property. My husband and I as you can see from my reviews are very professional and run a very successful motel, as per our reviews on this platform. I did not appreciate your abusive language on the telephone, you say professional. You need to practice what you preach.I do feel sorry for the motel that you next choose to use when in Lakes Entrance. I can only hope that you show a little more respect to their property than you did in mine.

Very comfortable room and well located in Lakes Entrance.. The proprietors were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and cafes. we will return.
