La propiedad no es lo qué esperaba, lamentablemente no están a la altura de lo que ofrecen Razón por la cual no fue posible pasar la noche en el hotel. No solo yo también mis amigos y parientes siempre preferimos Expedia. Gracias

Hotel was dingy old and poor lighting no free breakfast hosts was rude

The hotel is being remodeled. The breakfast area does not exist, because supposedly it is under remodel. The rooms are moldy and disgusting. I would never stay at a Quality Inn for the rest of my life. Expedia should remove this listing from its website. Also disappointed Expedia does not say anything that it’s being remodeled while still open. 0/10 rating. 0 Stars.

The front desk person gave a key to a random man and the man was able to enter the room

This property was a complete mess! The room was dirty, the place was filthy and the lack of communication about the construction.

No hot water! Picked up the room phone and no dile tone. The cord has been cut. Walked to the front desk and was told to let it run for up to 30 minutes. No apology. Went to the room and let water run but it never got hot. Was going to a wedding and had to take could showers! The door dead bolt would not engage and the safety bar on for was gone. No toilet paper!!!! Several groups of people hanging around on the parking lot. Had no choice but to stay but will never again!!!!
