No hot water! Picked up the room phone and no dile tone. The cord has been cut. Walked to the front desk and was told to let it run for up to 30 minutes. No apology. Went to the room and let water run but it never got hot. Was going to a wedding and had to take could showers! The door dead bolt would not engage and the safety bar on for was gone. No toilet paper!!!! Several groups of people hanging around on the parking lot. Had no choice but to stay but will never again!!!!

We came in at 830pm. No one at desk. No one to greet us. Place seemed like a ghost town of a lobby. We walked arounf for 10-15 minutes trying to find someone. Eventually someone came. I ordered a double room. They had none available. They said we will upgrade you to a suite with a ling size at no extra harge but you must pay a $4 cleaning fee. Shouldnt that be part of the room charge. The room inadequate. Maybe 4 sockets for power. No usb connections. Very dimly lit. The carpet is old, we didnt dare walk barefoot. The furniture looked like something from a thrift store. Extension chords everywhere. The front window had tint that was peeling off and bubbling. The room was big but was no suite.we stayed for 2 nites for a family wedding. Coming back from wedding its late at night. Go up to room and the keycard doesnt work..im tired,, its late and i have to go back down to the lobby to get someone to fix the card. Seriously!!!!
The parking lot area had questionable folks walking around. And the parking lot was full.of potholes. There is some renovations going on but this place needs to shutdown and spend a month on fixing and upgrading things. Quality Inn shoukd rip the name off of the building. It was not quality whatsoever. I will.never stay there again.

The phone lines were cut the TV didnt work
When i checked inthe guy tokd me all his king size beds were already taken. Mind you check in started at 3 i was checking in at 3:20 showed the guy the conformation of reservation of a king size room. The TV didnr work room was reallTY outdated

The property is about to undergo major renovation according to Rep, but even after I informed him that the carpet inside the room was just as dirty as the hallways, no one came to clean. At 5am construction workers were yelling in the hallways. I have never stayed in a hotel as terrible as this in all my travels. This was a last minute booking and had to settle for whatever I could find given the size of my group, but I never expected it to be this bad. The breakfast they advertise is 2 tiny muffins, baby sized apple juice, and a 4oz water in a brown bag, how degrading. Positive comment, at least the two double beds were comfortable the other room my sister stayed in wasn’t. Location was dirty but sheets smelled clean. Almost forgot, there were individuals outside the front doors by their cars having loud conversations and listening to music. GHETTO!

The pool was not usable there was no continental breakfast it was a bag breakfast
