If you had to stay one night just passing through not bad but not good for long stays. First room had only one bed of the 2 made and no fridge. The second room had no sheets on the bed, microwave didn't work, the toilet was cracked and the fossette shot water straight at you.

My yearly stay of two nights at this location is conveniently close to my destination.

I was "very disappointed ". This property should be removed from Expedia.
I drove an extra 30 miles to get there because the Tampa properties had poor reviews. Patrick Slater wrote this property was remodeled!! Definitely not. It doesn't even have the newer round towel holders. It is a very runned down building.
I took pictures: *Large garbage bags in the hallway. Still there when checking out. *Elevator out of service.*Black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.* Security latch broken / missing. *Room smelled like b.o.- thankfully I had perfume.*Big crack in the middle of the tub. *Rat boxes visible in the hallway.*Kids running across the balcony until 11pm.*Neighbor had a person constantly banging on their door thinking it was funny.
This place has people hanging out outside starring at newcomers. It looks like a Shelter!!
If I wasn't so tired from driving all day, I would have left.
I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have Ever stayed in!!!
I personally think I should get some kind of credit or even a refund from Expedia or Motel 6.
This needs to be addressed.

Disgusting, roaches everywhere, cigarettes on the floor and the bathroom super dirty and disgusting. The whole floor was sticky and dirty. Never staying here again.

I booked the wrong night refused to give refund. Then rebooked and the room I was given was occupied then got a room you were unable to leave because the lock was broken. You need a crow bar to get back in. It was the worst hotel stay. And don’t use Expedia. They refused to give me any money for my booking that was booked for the wrong day and I never stayed
