The room is very dirty, people drunk noise in the walk way room and drugs activity outside and inside my family and I feel unsafe

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in many! The property was dirty with stained carpeting, hair and stains in the bathroom, ROACHES, broken tv, broken light fixtures, table leg just fell off while sitting at it, and the front of the nightstand fell off when we opened the drawer! We couldn’t believe how bad it was, and got no help from the staff. When my son emailed the manager he was told to leave her alone while she enjoyed Christmas with her family! We would’ve liked to enjoy our time with family in Florida as well, considering we paid money to do so. We asked several times for a new television, only to be told we would have to change rooms. We finally asked for a new room on the same floor since our son was in another room on that floor. The man at the desk told us there was one other room that we could have on that floor, but it smelled like smoke and that the previous guests had complained about it. We told him we would check it out just to see it for ourselves and it did smell, but not only like smoke more like dirty feet mixed with smoke.
We declined and ended up staying in the room we were in, because what’s the point of moving to a room that’s no better? This place ruined our visit to our son who is in the military and our grandchildren.
We didn’t even want the kids there because of how dirty it was, and the bugs.
They had no problem charging us for early check in, but didn’t resolve any of the issues we had while there.
