Property was in ok shape, breakfast was not appealing, grounds were dirty

You have to pay for parking which sucks. The hallways smell stuffy. The rooms are clean and big. But not worth paying for the room and then parking.

We stayed for an event at the RP funding center it was very convenient. The room was spacious. The breakfast was included was also pretty good I didn't know it was included A. The only concern is the main bathroom downstairs was not maintained and rather dirty.
