I had reserved a room for 2 days but after the 1st day I got a room at a different hotel. The a/c took 13 hours to cool down the room and the room was dirty enough that I didn't walk around bare footed. I slept in my clothes as the bed looked as though the sheets hadn't been changed. My first clue should have been the woman that checked me in. I'll spend the extra money next time.

The outside property and grounds were relatively clean and kept up; however, the pool did not seem inviting and useable due to the brackish green color (although there were no signs restricting its use). I did not see anyone using the pool during my stay. The area around the motel seemed quiet and I did not sense it was unsafe in any way. The staff in attendance seemed friendly and helpful and many of them were in residence at the motel. My room was not what I would consider appropriately clean (signs it was not recently vacuumed, swept or mopped). For instance, dust and dirt was on the floor, a dirty washcloth from a previous guess was behind the bathroom door and all this was overlooked by the cleaner. I saw many small insects crawling at night. I was given a "handicap room," which I did not request. Since I have a problem with depth perception, the concrete handicap ramp at the entrance of my room was actually a tripping hazard for me. Overall, what I paid should have provided me a much better room.

i need some place affordable for a one night stay. this motel was perfect. nothing fancy but was a good stay.

Desk tenant did not stay in office for any given time. 3 pm chec-in. But didnt have room ready until 430pm due to linens being watched. So no extra linen. Bare minimum. Shower temperature went up and down repeatedly. Pool looked murky.

Very sorry you had such a bad experience. And that your room was not ready we will be addressing the staff about this. The employee working was not one of our regulars on but that is still no excuse for the room not being ready for you. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
