"Staff were so friendly and helpful. Made it a pleasure. This might sound silly, but in much more salubrious places we’ve stayed, there is only one chair. The Matador had two around the table, plus one at the desk! Too easy. One of us didn’t have to perch on the bed. Could do with a bit of a freshing up with paint work here and there but the bathroom and toiletries were super. Including “Who Gives A Crap” loo roll!!"

"The best motel we have ever stayed in. The staff couldn't be more helpful, the facilities were amazing, the bed was really comfortable and the pool was pristine. I could recommend it more highly - we stayed in a standard room."
