I called to confirm and was told the cabins were closed after I booked. So I did not get a cabin. I was surprised because when we drove to lake Chicot on Saturday cabins were being used. I was very disappointed. My boyfriend and I had to rent a hotel room instead.

Bad Experience
Posted 12 Mar 2020 on HotelsCheck in was delayed 45 minutes because room wasn't clean yet. It was about 5:30. Upon getting into the room I discovered there was no blanket on the bed. They did bring one promptly. The next morning discovered no wash cloths, hand towels and shower towels only. Water pressure was terrible. Mattress was old.
