Hello Jenna, We have received your email, and I wanted to thank you for reporting the water and heat issue, I understand the frustration of how no hot water must have been, your call was the first call notifying us about the issue, and we immediately contacted the heating company who sent out the repair man. Beautiful seats by the water, super easy check in. Clean room with coffee pods; everything you need for a night in Lake Placid!

We didn’t like the contactless check. The room was very small and we were unable to adjust the air conditioning to a cooler temperature.

Very conviniently located for a hike in the Adirondack's, just 20 minutes away from the Adironadack Loj. Very close to restaurants and shops in Lake Placid. Nice waterfront (Bay) setting. Our room (King room) was slightly tight for the furniture in it (I stubbed my toe on the chair between the bed and bathroom!) but we appreciated all the amenities :)

Odd to have no front desk and such limited ammenties, but overall was great for pur 1 night stay. Sadly did not get to try the free canoe and paddleboards, but cant complain about too much
