The hotel was very nice and so was the staff. It was also very clean. The selection for breakfast could have been a little better and the fridge was a little small but other than that it was a very nice place.

Fantastic option, bed was extremely comfortable! Great room, shower was awesome, but the staff really made this experience a winner. Everyone we talked to was fantastic, helpful, pleasant and competent even when it was very busy. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Also, while it isn't necessarily in a walkable area, it is on the OTHER side of Lake Placid, closer to the ski jump, which makes it that much easier to hit the loj or head toward keene for hiking without having to battle the town traffic.

The bed was horrible, a queen boxspring with a king mattress, sagged off the sides.

This is the second time that my daughter visit this hotel with her coach and they love it! It's very convenient for those athletes that can go walking to the OTC

King bed very comfortable. I was surprised that there wasn’t a free breakfast, but there was a coffee maker in our room. Pool and spa were great temperatures. Room was clean except the bathroom floor needed a wiping down.
