I enjoyed my stay there but one of the beds when I tried to move the desk it almost fell apart, and I had to roll up all the rugs because they were to dusty and were giving me asthma. I recommend this place and will stay there again if I had to!

Fit our needs
Posted 27 Feb 2018 on HotelsApartment #4. 3 bed rooms. Living area, Kitchen. 2 very small bathrooms. Pro: Fit our needs. Cons. Mildew smell as soon as you walk up to the apartment door. Very strong mildew smell in apartment. No fans in either bathroom. Unlabeled thermostate for heater for one bathroom on wall of other bathroom. Kitchen has 3 inch step up from the living area that is not well marked. One of the track light covers fell out - very hot. Coffee maker doesn't work.

Nice location, nowhere to take pets.
Posted 3 Oct 2017 on HotelsThe apartment was nice inside and close to the heart of Lake Placid. There was very limited parking and nowhere to take your dogs out to.

Just a block away from the apartments there is a very nice park on the banks of Mill Pond. Just 2 minutes walk to the park. See public maps (i.e. Google maps) for directions.

Posted 22 Sep 2017Good location at a good price. But poorly furnished and decorated with many items out of working condition like light bulbs etc. Beds are not the most comfortable.

Please contact us if there is nay minor issues with the unit (i.e. light bulbs) that can be easily fixed. Beds are fine for some people but not for others... someone like softer beds someone like harder ... so it is difficult to please everybody. Furnishing are as shown on the photos very adequate for efficiency apartments.

Pros: Nothing and it was very much over charged.
Cons: Everything
Location: Location wasn't bad at all
Terrible when we got there our room we booked was taken. No Parking, Fell on icy walk way to building Shower was barely dripping water. Cooking stove dirty . This was not a hotel it was an apartment building I know I will never book on-line again with Expedia

Very sorry that we have unhappy guest. This is a apartment building and this particular unit is 3-bedroom unit. We have 9 parking places on our own parking and more on the street next to the building. We snow plow the parking and shovel the snow at the entrance of our building. We have 2 bathrooms in this unit and have never had any issues with the showers. We will look at that possible problem but also our guests can and should contact us immediately if there is any problems in the unit.
