This is a beautiful property and we enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant was absolutely fantastic, staff was great. My only suggestion would be to have a coffee bar in the lobby in the morning so that someone can come down just for a cup of coffee. The only issue was the day we were leaving the housekeeping staff barely touched the room as far as cleaning it. Almost felt like "well if you're going to be leaving we don't have to do much"

They are pet friendly, charging nothing extra. I think the Westin needs an update and a nicer staff

Stayed Thanksgiving evening, shula"s 57 was open , but had a limited thanksgiving menu. When I tried to get an order and eat it in my room they said that was not possible???
I ordered DoorDash instead, but the staff was glib, then always ending with "my pleasure"....

I really enjoyed my stay here at the Westin. Convenient location and easy parking. Staff were great! Will definitely stay again with my next trip to Orlando.
