There was only one out three elevators working so it took too much time waiting for an elevator and there is very limited assistance with luggage when checking out on the weekends I am handicapped so assistance with my luggage is very important

I was here before our flight for our honeymoon and the room smelled moldy and the jacuzzi didn’t work. Staff was okay but no extra effort. There were deliveries and trash walking to elevators.

The AC in our room did not work and the refrigerator didn’t work - Ac did not produce cool air and the refrigerator would not stay on.
