We stayed one night. Had a little sugar ant problem in the bathroom. We found they were coming out of a crack in the bathroom by the tub. Showed the picture/video to front desk and they did accommodate It’s Florida…sugar ants are just a part of it but maybe up the pesticide visits Other than that, stay was pleasant

Towels were rather old and weren’t that crisp white. Every hotel in the US makes a fold on the toilet paper; this one doesn’t.

The hotel was great but the only thing I didn’t like was that a breakfast buffet is marketed on the advertisement and that they have free breakfast but they do not it is only for tier members which of course you have to pay more for. Also they charge you the room price on top of what you pay for the hotel for a deposit. So a small one night trip ended up costing us $400 they stated it takes 3-5 business days to get the deposit back. Which also isn’t in the listing. I understand a $50-$100 deposit but we basically got charged twice for the room and won’t get it back until the end of week.
