Very run down, smelly, very thing has to be updated including the TV

Furniture was damaged and broken; no water pressure; kitchen but you had to pay for utensils and pans, etc; no shampoo conditioner etc; no pool; no breakfast; no coffee maker; we stayed five days and no one came to clean our room or swap towels; charge if we swapped towels before they came; bathroom looks like they painted over mold; if we hadn’t prepaid, we would have never stayed

Halls smelled gross rooms looked small but it was alright

This property is not as advertised. It’s old and outdated. Musty smells, the sofa bed was rusted a well as the mattress. Could not be used. And didn’t feel safe. Checked out two days early because of the conditions.

They advertise having morning coffee, full kitchen facilities in each unit, and housekeeping. They no longer offer coffee. The kitchens have appliances but no coffeepot, pans, glasses, cups, plates, silverware, and they require you to take your own trash out to dumpster. False advertising. The place reeked of bug spray. The AC vents blow on the windows behind the curtains instead of out into the room itself and are not adjustable. VERY disappointed.
